In pursuit of success this is the rule you have to live by.

You will not feel like grinding everyday. You will have down days that you will have to overcome.

But the two day rule will keep you going!

The two day rule is never go two days without contributing to your goals. If you miss a day, okay. Accept it and get back on tra m the next day!

Don’t miss two days!

Nothing in life is perfect.

But if you have the ability to control your own outcome, your own emotions, your own well being, they’re the most critical components to a perfect life.

Take care of you and everything else will fall into place 🙏🏼

Building up the endurance. That’s less then a quarter marathon though 👀

Positive affirmations are the secret power every one of you possess, yet 99% of you don’t use it.

Think positively.

Step up and grow, don’t take a back seat and get out of your comfort zone. That’s where dreams go to die.

Be thankful for struggle because it results in growth.

It takes time and experiences to fully understand this, but once you do you’ll seek it out in every situation.

A great example is running, the start you’re motivated you’re energetic, you getting into a rhythm, by halfway you’re starting to get tired, sore, wanted to quit and take a break. But if you ENDURE the pain and the struggle and get to your set target, the overwhelming wave of endorphins and accomplishment will follow.

For anyone in pain take a moment and be thankful for it, because the moment you’re out of it you’ll be bigger and better then you were before.
