We are all here because we feel this gut knowing - we are here to lead and yet so many of us keep chasing perfection before we let ourselves actually show the f**k up and do it.

Now is the time. Our industry is dying for real leaders (f**k our world), who radically know themselves and hold the highest f**king standards.

Spoiled brat era✨

I was meant to take a reset this week, a time to connect to the vision of le’ biz and intentionally detox from social media.

I did the latter but in terms of “reconnecting to the vision”, I realized on about Wednesday I just wanted a break from planning, selling, writing, launching, visualizing and generally working my b***y off, so after working through the immediate fear that jumped up from the idea of slowing down and “losing the momentum”, I said f**k it and leant in.

When do we make time for life beyond work?
From the hours of 5-9? On Saturday and Sunday?

Sometimes you just need a life week - not because you’re melting down or life sucks but quite the opposite, life’s so good - too good to not - so revel, take a little extra time to indulge and play and live without fear.

I keep having to remember - this is it, the whole point of why I do all this, to take weeks like this to myself without fear or scarcity. Fu***ng yes.

We do this (work so hard, the entrepreneurial journey) to live life’s with less fear, less scarcity and yet so many of us scared s**tless to slow down and live.

There will be plenty of time to work friends, trust me, don’t forget to stop and live a little more this week.

I’m not lost on the irony here, a coach critiquing the coaching industry to invite you into her program.

I get it.

But this is where leaders and leaders like me, who have been here all along - just maybe without touting our Stripe screen shots and the 27 trademarked “proven frameworks” because we know human creativity isn’t linear, we know that leadership doesn’t exist in 3 easy steps…

Need to stand up and probably be a little f**king louder.

Rule #1 in One of One is think for yourself because if you don’t - inside of this space - no one else will.

See, somewhere along the way coaching became I have the answers, pay me to get them, but real coaching is not giving your clients the answers, coaching is partnering with your clients to find the answers themselves.

That is why real coaching is so f**king powerful and why my clients leave my spaces not hooked on me and my “energy” but rather the way I partner with them to see themselves, the way I sit with them in the liminal space of “I don’t f**king know but we are here together and we will get through this….” and who they are at the end of our time together, a leader: solid, sturdy, certain, clear.

Culture isn’t always loud, usually it is quiet and goes without notice.

The culture of the online space is one of emulation and do as I do and yet all I’ve seen people complain about this year and last year is how everyone sounds and looks and sells the same old s**t.

But this is what the culture creates, copy cats and versions of one other. It is simply just a byproduct of the standards (or lack there of) inside of our space.

Originality is a byproduct of high standards.
Creativity is a byproduct of time.
Being an innovator is a byproduct of - often times - having to traverse a lonely path, being misunderstood and rumbling, lots of f**king rumbling. (Whether we like to admit or not)

But that’s not sexy to sell, is it?

If your goal is to lead this year, I do not have a framework for you to copy (sorry that isn’t how leadership works) but what I do have is a system for you to put in place and step 1-5 of the system are this…

- Blinders up
- Learn to sit in silence with yourself
- Better creativity hygiene
- Think for yourself
- Do it all over again until its 1% easier

As leaders our minds are our greatest assets.

Ideas aren’t just ideas they are potential realities, revolutions, tv shows, fantasy novels, modern philosophies, creative frameworks that can and will change peoples lives and therefore, the world.

Your point of view isn’t just your point of view it is 30, 40, 50 something years of living, breathing, fighting, playing, healing, regressing, coming back again and that has shaped a worldview that is beyond valuable and that sees the world differently.

What are you standards for 2026?

Sure, I love big juicy goals but what I care far more about is your standards, why?

Because your standards will give me an actual indication of who you are and what you value?

So set big, fat goals this year but dont you dare skimp on the standards because they are what will get you to where you are going faster and fully integrated.

Not just jumping from thing to thing constantly trying to out due yourself.

There is no such thing as “ready” - sorry to break it to ya - if you were waiting for your sign to start, THIS IS IT.⁣

Getting big in our own lives, being brave and showing the f**k up requires courage and vulnerability... there is always going to be some level of fear, the unknown and even risk as we continue to grow and strive for MORE! ⁣
