Domestic Building Work is associated with the construction, renovation or maintenance of a home. Only until you are qualified under a DBU licence are you able to carry out certain types of domestic building work. 🏠

Commercial Building Work is responsible for managing and arranging the carrying out of all components of building work for the construction of commercial buildings. Only until you are qualified in the CBU licence are you able to carry out this type of work. 🏢

MEET JOHN a.k.a JOHNNY👋🏼
John is one of our head trainers here at SYBL.

He is a registered DBU builder and has over 15 years experience in the building industry.

John started his journey as a carpenter over 15 years ago and has worked for major building companies along the way.

He worked his way up from a carpenter to a site supervisor and has had hands on experience in every stage and aspect of building boutique high end homes.

In 2020 he started his own company and has recently gone into partnership to build luxury boutique homes across Melbourne.

He is very much a people person and many students are drawn to his level of knowledge, attention to detail and his fun and bubbly character!

You will see more of John through the SYBL journey
