Following on from our latest post, we wanted to share a few tips on how to get moving if you’re feeling a little stuck or don’t know where to start.
Remember, movement looks and feels different to everyone and there is no ‘perfect way’. The most important thing is how it makes you FEEL.

World Mental Health Day.
Over the years, there has been a lot of progression with people being open about mental health, but there is still a way to go.
There are still so many instances where people feel ashamed to open up or where they aren’t able to get access to the help that they need.
Mental Health is a universal human right and at Infinity MVMT, we are committed to doing our bit and contributing in any way that we can to help this happen.
No one should go through struggles on their own, so please know that our DMs are always open should you need someone to lean on.

With the majority of the fitness industry and society putting pressure on everyone to look a certain way, we want to flip that script and focus on how exercise and movement makes you FEEL!
So try this…
After your next workout, rather than looking in the mirror being the first thing you do, try sitting with yourself, connecting to your body and mind and see how moving your body made you feel.
