Ab crunch machines are designed to target your abs and obliques.

Before you start, your head should rest comfortably on top of the head pad.

An EZ-bar curl is best used to build bigger biceps. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold an EZ-bar in an underhand grip with your arms extended and then curl the bar up towards your chest, keeping your elbows in to your sides.
