Bernadette Tripodi works on a one-to-one basis with children aged 5-12 years to help with issues that may be impacting on learning, social development, and well-being. She assists children to discover through expressive arts, their own self awareness and strengths. The approach is gentle, innovative and enjoyable, enabling children to know that they have access to their own inner resources when faced with challenges. Methods used are sandplay and symbol work, movement music, art, role-playing social skills, writing, breathing relaxation, and games.
