It's so easy to get caught up in numbers... How much we earn, how many friends we have or a big one for me right now, how old we are turning.... As woman there is this huge pressure to stay young and beautiful, but where is this pressure coming from, and why does age make us feel like we won't be seen as the beauty we were in our 20's? I honestly feel more beautiful, strong, and together than ever before... Looking at this week's pictures of j-lo slaying the pole at 50 has been an eye opener, haha honestly! age is a number, and the focus needs to be how we feel. So here's a picture of me, flying into my mid 30's with pride and passion.

Lights, camera, time to take action! Tonight I will proudly be representing and at for a fundraiser event to help first nation communities and wildlife charities. All ticket sales go to this important cause so come down to , dance with intention and help us make a difference. Much love ❤️

I feel that just like music, dance or any form of art really, is a universal language. We share stories and how they are received could be a different story line each time, but it's always an opportunity for further connection and growth. I have wanted for a long time to be apart of the closing rituals or opening ceremonies at these magical places. I was blessed the opportunity of opening , closing ceremony at and then this purely special opening ceremony Performance was gifted to us by . Thank you so much, to be able to combine my love of dance and my connection to spirituality in a sacred piece, and share it with Beautiful humans is nothing short of a dream come true.

truly brought the magic, and IV been so removed from social media lately I forget say a huge thank you to the crew. With only a few short days to pull it together after a location change last minute, I am still so in awe of what was created. It started with this incredibly special sunset, with only a few people on the paddock, and ended with one of the most high energy dance floors IV landed on. ❤️❤️❤️

And last stop of my magical journey but certainly not least, and what an experience it was even just to get there. Uber pick form my Bali villa, 3 flights, many delays and an artist pick up straight to the gate (got to arrive with no Biggie 😝) I arrived just in time to watch the opening ceremony, which was absolutely breathtaking, then straight to the stage for our first of 4 performances including a bucket list performance with the incredible (photos to come) we then finished with quite prossibly the most powerful and sacred performance of my life. What an absolute honour not only to be offered the privilege to be apart of the closing ceremony, but to be able to share this experience and the stage with 2 inspiring choreographers/dancers, .louise.h director of creative creatures and director of and the master mind behind this beautiful piece down to the costumes. Thank you for having me.

So it's been 2 months since I have posted here, a nice little break from socials while I fully committed to being in the moment on what has been a magical couple of months. Self nourish was built on the idea that to be truly nourished we must peronalise our journey to feed all our senses. Working from the inside out, spirit, mind, body. My first stop was burning seed, the perfect destination to do just that. I want to thank the Bhima crew, and for giving me the space to shine from the inside out on the most magical stage I could dream of. Creativity flowing from a fire breathing dragon alongside some pretty inspiring humans. Deep connections with new and old, climbing down rabbits holes and getting lost in sound and art. ❤️💙💜
