DanceMe is a place for sharing and caring about our dance journey's as individuals and as a community. I am Teri McNeil, the director of DanceMe and a specialist in the field of creative dance.I have a passion for improvisation and growth through metaphors explored on the dance floor that can benefit our daily life. I am currently running a number of dance and movement groups each week for adults
with intellectual disabilities and have been specializing in this field for the last 16 years. I've run Saturday Sisters, fortnightly in Elsternwick, for 4 years.
2020 saw me move to online offerings.
2021 I will be holding weekly Friday Night Open Floor in Ivanhoe
and starting a monthly online offering for womxn, Monday Night's
I am also available for 1-1 support. I hold qualifications as a dance teacher, dance/movement therapist, and holistic counsellor. I am also a working member and teacher of Open Floor Movement Practice. Curious and open to learning.
