I help skiers lose 12 lbs in 6 weeks to enjoy bigger vertical days, without needing long recovery.

A little reminder. You may have a ski trip coming up and think you don’t have time to train for it, to prepare properly with some good resistance protocols, but once you’re on the slopes, it’s too late. You’ll wake up sore after your first day and your trip will not go as planned. Make sure you put as much effort into you put into buying some new planks. You’ll never regret training for your next trip. Hit me up if you want some help with it.

A teacher lost another 3 kgs

I got a message from a long time friend who I have started helping him transform his life.

When we first met, he believed he was doing so much right.

He was eating small portions.

He was eating multiple times in a day

And he tried and failed to build in activity to his life.

The first thing we did was implement the Fueling For Fat Loss action steps into his life.

Here is what happened:

- He started losing weight very quickly
- He was able to eat whatever he liked and still lose weight.
- He didn’t even increase his activity, so he didn’t need to ‘find’ time to fit things in

He is now continuing to drop weight and best of all, he doesn’t even feel like he is doing anything.

Want to see who the Fueling For Fat Loss steps could help you do the same?

A little encouragement for today.

I was feeling a bit sh*tty today and didn’t want to do much at all other than fall asleep in front of the fire.

Somehow I convinced myself to do a workout. The warmup felt crap and slow, weights weren’t moving as fast as I’d have liked.

BUT… I got through and felt much better afterwards. It was an ok workout in the end. If I’d focused on how I felt I’d have not done it, but I’ve been in a good rhythm and habit lately, and have some strong goals which really helped.

Get in and move today, even if you don’t feel like it, I think you’ll surprise yourself with how much better you’ll feel afterwards.

When it comes to skiers trying to lose weight like we all want too…

They make the all too common mistake of following super strict diets.

I fell into this trap too.

What happens was I yo-yo’ed in and out of these diets and just burnt out my will to ever want to do them ever again.

Not to mention eating meals different to the family.
That plain sucked.

So I figured out a better way that allow you to eat what you want and still get results.

It’s called Fueling For Fat Loss For Skiers.
It’s 3 simple steps to never having to follow another crazy diet again.

Want to see them?

NEAT. Or, non-exercise activity thermogenesis (burning). It’s basically movement throughout the day that burns energy, but is not exercise. It’s really important and under-utilised and underrated. Why the pile of wood? Well I had to move all this wood because it’s all getting split today into smaller pieces that will be small enough to burn in our wood heater. They will need to be stacked later today to dry out for next winter. It took me an hour to move it all, I was sweaty and pretty cooked by the end. Was it a workout? Sort of. It wasn’t planned as a workout, so I’ll still do my Monday workout as planned, but it certainly would have burned a few calories. Always be looking for opportunities to move that isn’t exercise. It can be transport related (walking, etc) or housework, yard work (this job). But if you’re doing plenty of NEAT in your weekly and daily routines, you’ll burn more calories and drop weight without exercising more. Give it a go. Tell me, what NEAT do you currently do. What ideas do you have more implementing more of it in your day?

So Why Help Skiers?

There are a lot of online coaches helping skiers to become high performers.

But as interesting as that is.
The thing that really fires me up is taking a look at what a skier is currently doing…

And making the slightest change to get results…
If I can make a change that feels effortless, and they get results, the chance of those results staying long term are much better.

Maybe you don’t want to ever train every day.

Or you may not want to train at all.

Maybe you have tried all the diets, only to fall back into old habits and start putting on weight again.

I want to lift the curtain on how people stay lean and healthy without every having to worry about crazy diets or spending hours in the gym.

Skier’s if you are reading this and interested to see how it works.

Comment STEPS and I’ll show you how.

Why did I decide to go all in with coaching skiers to lose 12lbs in 6 weeks and increase their strength and recover without crazy diets or ever spending hours in the gym?

Yesterday I shared that I will be transitioning to an online coach helping skiers get results with just 5 mins a day.
I have been asked by a few people…”why are you going online and not coaching in person?”
Here are a few reasons why:

1. 1-2 hours a week isn’t enough to create real transformations
2. A lot of skiers hate dryland training
3. I can meet skier where they are at and show them how to get results without changing anything.
If you are interested in seeing how…comment below with STEPS!
