Helping women 40+ drop dress sizes. No crazy cardio, no trash diets, and no sacrificing foods you love.

Women over 40 come to me when they want to lose the extra flab, flatten their tummy, and head into their 50's with a better ass than their 20's.

Good morning 💪🫡❤️

F.F.S didn’t start because I wanted to build another “women’s fitness brand.”

It started because I was watching too many women over 40 slowly disappear behind exhaustion, bs menopause "karen" forums, wine jokes, oversized black clothes and “I’ve just accepted this is my age and weight now.”

Somewhere along the way, women were taught that getting older meant:
• getting weaker
• saggier
• more invisible
• more medicated
• less confident
• and permanently at war with the fridge

And truthfully?

The fitness industry didn’t help.

One side screamed starvation, detox teas and scales daily.

The other told women to “just love themselves” while their energy, strength, willpower and health quietly f**ked off in the background.

F.F.S was built in the middle of that chaos.

A place where women 40+ could become strong again without becoming obsessive.

A place where lifting weights and fuelling your body to lose menopauseal weight mattered more than shrinking yourself by skipping meals.

A place where women could laugh, swear, have fun, rebuild confidence and stop treating menopause like a life sentence.

The rebrand happened because this became way bigger than fat loss.

Women started thinking clearer.
Women started walking better.
Sleeping better.
Reducing medications.
Feeling confident in photos again.
Carrying shopping bags without pain.
Getting off the floor easier.
Feeling visible again.

That crown in the logo?
That’s not about perfection.
It represents women taking their power back after years of putting everyone else first.

F.F.S isn’t about becoming skinny.

Its about shaping your body into a figure your damn proud of.

It’s about becoming dangerous to the version of you that gave up.

Stronger. Fitter. Unstoppable.

Every day you’re either voting for the version of you that gets stronger… or the version that slowly breaks down.

The daily walk.
The extra protein.
The decision to lift weights instead of sitting another night on the couch.

The choice to start now instead of “next Monday.”
That’s what changes your life after 40 and 50.

Not motivation.
Not skinny teas.
Not another 8 week challenge.

Small choices. Repeated long enough to rebuild the woman underneath the exhaustion.

Because the truth is… ageing is unavoidable.
Weakness is not.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to start rebuilding your health, strength and confidence again… this is it.

Comment “RESET” and I’ll show you where to start ❤️

Stop dieting.
Start getting your food right.
Because this chick was eating FARK all... and putting on weight.

Now. Predictable weekly weight loss.
9kg down (so far)

You see diets teach you how to survive for a few weeks.

Getting your food right teaches you how to live long term.

When you diet, you usually:
• Follow a spreadsheet that teaches you nothing
• Eat less, not better
• Cut foods instead of building meals
• Obsess over rules instead of habits
• Lose weight fast… then lose trust in yourself when the weight bounces back..

When you get your food right, you:
• Eat enough to support your body
• Prioritise protein, fibre & regular meals
• Have energy
• Lose fat without wrecking your metabolism

This isn’t about being “the perfect model”

It’s about being consistent.

It’s knowing:
• What a proper meal FOR YOU actually looks like
• How much protein YOUR body needs daily
• Why under-eating backfires (especially after 40)
• How to eat in a way you can repeat forever

You don’t need another reset.

You don’t need to “be good Monday”

You don’t need to punish yourself for eating.

You need structure, education, and enough food to feel human.

Get your food right and fat loss becomes predictable and not a fight.

If you’re tired of dieting and want to learn how to eat in a way that actually sticks for life,

DM me “FOOD” and I’ll point you in the right direction 🤍

If I had a dollar for every woman over 40 who said
“But I eat enough protein…”
I’d be retired, moisturised, and hittin the beach in the maldives at 10am every morning.

Because here’s the problem 👇

You’re eating 100g of chicken
and thinking you’ve eaten 100g of protein.

..You haven’t.

You’ve eaten about 25–30g.

And then you wonder why:
• your hairs thinning
• you’re tired
• you’re hungry & craving crappy foods
• your body feels soft & flabby
• the scale won’t budge
• the belly fat gets worse
• and your metabolism has filed a missing persons report

You see... after 40, our body is ruthless.

Under-eat protein and it will happily burn muscle instead.

Less muscle = lower metabolism = harder fat loss.

In simples... every 1 kilo of muscle we lose, we also lose 100 calories daily.

After age 30 we lose 8% of muscle every 10 years.... unless we are hitting our protein targets & strength training.

It’s not menopause “ruining you”.

It's not hormones "ruining you"

It’s science and maths.
(Im sure the "hormone influencers" are shifting in their seat with that one)

But that's the truth...
Otherwise (ozem pen) wouldn't work on hormonal women going through menopause.

After all it doesn't regulate hormones... it regulates what gets shovelled in our mouths.

And before you panic... no, this doesn’t mean living on dry chicken and sadness.

It means knowing what you’re actually eating instead of guessing and hoping for the best.

If you want to lose fat without eating less,
without living on salads,
and without hating your life…

👉 Comment “PROTEIN”
and I’ll send you the template that takes the guesswork out.

Being over 40 isn’t the problem.
Under-fueling is the wrong foods is💥
