One of my amazing friends told me a while back, there is an old saying - Everyday one thing you say will come true so make sure to speak your heart.

Over the last few weeks I've been talking about the pull to get back into my coaching here in Aotearoa, but every excuse under the sun and every limiting belief in my programming has held me back.✨

Today, I secured 2nd client in the matter of 3 days just by word of mouth.

Don't stop!! That thing that makes you sparkle - don't stop chasing living it, because it won't stop trying to find you!

I’ve been home O N E Y E A R today!! It has been a year to love, grow, know, learn and thrive. 2024 is awaiting and I cannot wait to be embraced by the year ahead!

Loves!!! Embracing my whānau journey returning home and all that comes with moving, starting a new role, building a new home and embarking on a new chapter of our lives, has meant I’ve been M.I.A in my business.

I’ve been reflecting, reconnecting, reforming and rejuvenating since being home in Aotearoa, I’m now in a position to bring myself back in to my transformation coaching.
Looking forward to share what I’ve been working on, my growth and learnings with you all.

Motivation comes from a place of light.

Everything will start to change when your motivation comes from a place where you are excited, a place where you anticipate what the light will feel and look like, a place where you are hopeful and encourage by what awaits.

We are so good at setting our motivation around what we don’t want, how we don’t want to feel and what we don’t want to see.

How can we ever sit in the light if all we are focused on is the dark?

What if they think I’m insane?

What if they think I’m not capable of this?

What if I fail and everyone sees?

These can be the thoughts that run through our heads and stop us from building our dreams ….

The reality is that judgment is part of being human, it’s normal to asses the world around us and to be assessed.

You can NOT care about what someone thinks of you (and your dreams) but you care about them. We often get this all mixed up!!
So cut yourself some slack.

What's important is the way we talk to ourselves.

Once we re-frame that inner-critic inside us, we start to realise that we are worthy to go after our dreams.

Over the last few weeks New Zealand has been experiencing devastating weather and loss.

Just wanted to share how awesome my Uncle Skiv is at Aroha Helicopters helping the local community receive welfare packages!

This is a challenging time for so many, sending you all love and strength.
Please where you are able to lend some help, check in on your neighbours and sprinkle kindness everywhere.

Kia ora Central Hawke's Bay! Chopper pilot Skiv has just completed a trip with us around some of the district to deliver welfare parcels, check core bridge and road infrastructure for Central Hawke's Bay District Council, and inspect and photograph lines, poles and transformers for (Can't quite see Hayden in the pic). Fair to say we have seen a lot of water and a lot of damage.... I will share some videos and pics soon
