We can’t believe it’s already June - here’s what’s happening in the studio this month!

6:30pm on June 3rd in the studio. Grab a buddy and learn how to make the most out of your challenge experience. Everyone welcome to join!

On June 6th, we turn 4 & we want our amazing community to help us celebrate 🎉💙

Our doors will be open all morning — so grab your friends and family and come train with us for FREE.

We’ll be starting our winter timetable with Saturday classes running at:
6:30am, 7:40am & 8:50am 🔥

From 7am–10:30am we’ll have FREE breakfast waiting for you after class 🍳☕️

There’ll be giveaways, prizes, good vibes and plenty of birthday energy in the studio all morning 🎁
