Many friends and our tenants are gathering in Pavilion right now to celebrate Tina's birthday, I believe Tina does not want to count how many cakes she ate this week, we do wish Tina has a wonderful birthday celebration week.

Our student accommodation room is just $190 to cover most of all things, like to cover Electricity, water usage, unlimited Internet, fotnightly cleanning assist and use of all facilities. We are five 5 minutes walk to Logan Griffith campus, and around 10 minutes walk to Logan hospital and woolworth, and local shopping town.

The only three bedroom unit in this complex is waiting for you to move in, new carpet. This unit has one of the best view in this complex. Living in this complex is enjoyable with 25 metre pool, gym room, parcel/mail receving service, the complex is secure as we have security people come to complex to do inspection three times every night.
Come to have a look, you won't be disappointed.
