Little hands, big discoveries. 🥰
Watching her explore the world map puzzle today reminder me that children are natural explorers. Every piece in place is a step toward understanding how big, connected, and beautiful our world really is.
What’s your favorite way to explore geography with little ones?

Learning about the world around us—one day at a time 🌈
Our beautiful interactive daily chart is a favourite in the room, and it’s easy to see why! Each day, children gather to explore the days of the week, months of the year, weather, seasons, and dates in a hands-on, meaningful way.
This isn’t just circle time—it’s real-life learning. By moving the pieces themselves, children build a strong understanding of time, sequence, and the world around them. They’re developing language, confidence, independence, and a sense of routine—all through play and participation.
We are so lucky to have such incredibly talented and passionate educators at Kiddies Learning Hub, creating engaging, purposeful resources like this every day. Their dedication ensures our children are given the very best start, with learning experiences that are as fun as they are meaningful 💛

Busy Hands & Bright Minds! 🐰✨
Even though it’s a quiet Good Friday, we’re still thinking about the amazing focus from this week!
Our little ones have been busy mastering their fine motor skills with this “hole punch and stick” activity. It takes serious hand strength to make those holes and great patience to stick each piece just right!
What we’re building:
• Hand-eye coordination 👁️✋
• Focus & Concentration 🧘♂️
• Writing muscles ✍️
Wishing all our families a peaceful and happy Good Friday! 🌈

Big Thinking, Little Hands! ❤️
We started our Tuesday by diving deep into the world of shapes, sizes, and dimensions. Using our wooden cylinder blocks and colorful manipulatives, the children have been practicing:
• Visual Discrimination: Learning to identify differences in height and diameter.
• Spatial Awareness: Mapping out shapes and lines on the table.
• Problem Solving: Finding the perfect fit for every piece!
It’s so rewarding to watch their mathematical minds at work as they explore how different objects occupy space.
Every placement is a “lightbulb moment!” 💡

Deep in concentration! ✏️✨
Our little ones have been working hard on their pen control and letter formation this week. It’s amazing to watch their focus grow as they fill each box with their very own “masterpieces.”
Every squiggle is a step toward writing!

Our Happy Holi trees are officially in full bloom! 🌳
There’s so much more to this activity than just glue and coconut 🥥. As the children decorated their Holi trees, they were busy:
• Developing fine motor skills by pinching and sprinkling.
• Exploring textures through tactile sensory play.
• Color recognition as they navigated our rainbow tray.
Watching them work together to create something so vibrant was the perfect end to our week! 🌟
Wishing all our families a weekend as bright and happy 💜

🎨🌀 Tracing, Creating & Exploring Patterns 🌀🎨
Children explored a hands-on tracing activity using colourful pom poms to follow different lines and shapes. From spirals to zig-zag paths, little hands carefully placed each pom pom along the lines, turning simple drawings into bright patterns.
This activity supports early pre-writing skills, helping children develop fine motor control, hand-eye coordination, and an understanding of direction and movement; all important foundations for writing.
As they worked, the children experimented with colours, patterns and placement, making each design unique and full of personality 🌈
Learning through touch, movement and creativity helps children build the confidence to explore new skills in their own way.
