Our Art for Fun class is on this Saturday at 9:00am-12:30pm at the Hut, corner Raglan and Banana Streets. We will be painting forests and ghosts… adding some gold or silver leaf.

Chicago and Cabaret songs are featured by these chickies, when they strut their stuff at 10am at Open Day. Come enjoy a little song or two about murder and mayhem... "He had it coming, he had it coming, he only had himself to blame... and then he ran into my knife, he ran into my knife ten times." As the song goes.

Here are some photo’s from our Chair Yoga class and our Tuesday afternoon Yoga class. Words to describe these classes…. Relaxing, gentle, mindful, therapeutical, supportive, versatile, empowering.

Monday’s Dance Exercise was well attended today. We stepped over cups, marched with the ants, built muscles with our weight lifting, and learnt a new dance with Sue.
