Compassion - part 2

I thought, when I financially support dogs I have to do the same for human? I can not just look away,. But where do we start and where do we stop? Never stop compassion , is the answer. Since then I started tipping people extremely high, or giving money to people on the street, every day, to make a difference and a better day for just one soul, because I have a stable income. For them it means the world. Maybe you can rethink your living? Do you really need any more brands because new trends are coming soon? Or more money in your bank account while others starve to death ? The super new phone, laptop…?Or could you share a little of your luck, show compassion and empathy for any being in this world?We should put our ego aside and look over the plate and see the next to you as the same. This is what travelling taught me the last few years.So Rethink - treat everyone how you wish you be treated. I hope everyone can make a difference on this planet with whatever action it is. Compassion is very important for our world,relationships and recognizing another’s suffering, struggles and feelings and taking action to support them is the key. Be kind - it could be you 🙏🏼

Compassion -part 1

The last 12 years of traveling and living in 5 countries have taught me so much, especially compassion.  spiritual growth, awareness and walking with high consciousness through this world with a very sharp eye and intuition.I was born with a high empathic soul, always as a child since I can think, I fought for the weaker or included them. 
Through Yoga and all the knowledge I could learn from different religions, philosophies and kindness practices I treat every being on this planet the same. No matter if it’s family, your best friend or a stranger. We are all the same, one blood from the same source. We deserve to have food, shelter, love, community, health and the right to live. Why not support others financially? Why not take on a sponsorship to support ?Why not donate for some projects which protect nature,humans or animals?do you wish to make a difference? Since I found the puppy dogs and support and pay everything for them until I hopefully can take them myself soon, I have seen this woman sitting with her 2 children on the street, one day eating, one day sleeping on just cardboard. I talk a lot to the locals,ask questions to understand better the problem.(part 2 follows)

Yoga a practice for life

One of the greatest tool I have learnt for myself,

To build strength outside and so inwards.
Values of the 8 limbs which cultivate a kind and mindful living for yourself and others.
When you take time for yourself and the body, you choose healing through breath work, meditation and asanas. Its a deep practise and should be implemented several days a week. The benefits are incredible for mental and physical health and after practising 21 years I believe for everyone is the right yoga style. It reduces stress, anxiety and makes a difference in your life.
Even though you are already teacher or practice several years sometimes we get lazy and flakey and loose are daily routine fully. We all know it, we are sick a week and all of sudden we loose the normal routine. Be mindful and conscious about it , its fine if we have breaks in between but always come back to the root and source which gives you energy and supports you in all areas in life.

Stillness in the hectic busy life

I remember very well, living in big cities with a 40 or more hour work week. Life was massive hectic and stressful and I struggled.

We have to make changes , find our purpose and make sure our physical and mental health is well and life is balanced.

However in between we always can come back to us and look inwards. Sitting in stillness and pause. if its meditation or just being in nature and observing- the beauty of life and reflect.

Stillness means making time for ourself , pause and just be in the present moment.

It helps us to recharge, to sort our mind, to make decisions and to have time for the brain to process and reflect without distractions.

Sit in stillness , to find yourself or better back to yourself - ifs all already there.

Searching for healing in the outside and others

Support is great but we have to do the work ourselves .
We have to heal ourselves, nobody can solve our issues, problems or addictions. We are our own healers. I see a lot in people, patterns, addictions, ways they need from external source to feel good and to soothe themselves. I was like this too. But the root is within and the core problem. Just we-selves can heal and change for a better and happier life.
Cheating, using and manipulating are very harsh methods. With living in alignment with philosophies or any religion -bhagavad gita, budism, hinduism, goenka…. No matter which one - for example no harming, no hurting, no cheating, no sexual misconduct etc. treat everyone with love and kindness - when we fully integrate this way of thinking in our lifes, we are fully in allignment, peace and harmony with every being and in the honest reality. Everyone deserves the truth and be treated with respect and loyalty - anytime. So heal yourself so you are able to treat others well and support in healing. Every facilitator is a better healer when the work has been done. Otherwise a drowning person cannot help a drowning person. Often people are even aware of their patterns and unhealthy coping strategies and dont know how to get out and need support. A daily routine of writing helps us to get out our thoughts and feelings and helps in processing. Its important for us to get it out, with talking, therapy or writing, otherwise emotions can be stuck and cause health issues. It helps for stress and anxiety reduction and a more calm mind. Journaling mornings helps to start the day fresh without the negative. Also in the evening it can help to write down the thoughts, so a more calm sleep is possible. Furthermore it improves emotional regulations and self awareness. With writing a kind of reflection on life happens which supports a more conscious life. Be in the present moment and observe. natural highs
I went last week 45 hours to a spiritual festival over 5 days, several workshops, yoga, dancing….and Im sober anytime - full of joy and happiness meeting new and old friends from everywhere in the world .
Many years in my past life I went partying with a lot of drinking and smoking and super unhealthy lifestyle with massive mental health consequences.
Over the years I have learnt what isnt for me and my nervous system and I practise natural highs through different tools.
My tools are movement, dancing, singing mantras, playing songs, creating songs, yoga, vipassana meditation, connecting with nature, painting…, as well as connecting with like minded on a deep level. All those tools mentioned can create natural highs so therefore are no other substances needed at all. it gives us the chance of a high level of consciousness and awareness and our frequency changes. It opens up different layers, feelings are not numbed and it let us connect with others on a higher level. There is no need for anything anymore if you have the right balance of healthy tools in life without addictions and unhealthy patterns.

Can you freely move your body sober ? Not being in the mind or any thoughts of judgement while dancing? If you can move and express your feelings, alone or with 80 people in the room you have achieved the highest vibration and frequency. It’s a form of a dancing meditation and flow with the music. A therapy and movement - it is so important for our body, heart, soul and healing. We have to nourish it every day, otherwise stagnation can cause sickness, pain and depression. Be who you truly are, anytime - and allow yourself to show your authentic self and express your feelings fully verbal or in any movement and dance. Stillness - sitting in the present moment & rewire the brain with awareness

As there is no judgement when we are in the present moment , there is no pain, grief or fear. Those feelings are either from the past or the future. When we with full awareness living a conscious mind than it means not just watching what you eat and how you create your day, the most important part is the mind. Observing your thought and choosing mindful what to think or take in or just let it go like a cloud passing. Is it negative and can you fully let go of it? Or is it the right one which serves you the best in the present moment? You choose daily, as those thoughts create feelings in your body as we know body and mind are connected any time and we can hold tension over years which create chronic pain, fear or anxiety: Choose wisely every day. Train and rewire the brain daily from negative to the positive and choose to stay in the present moment. You simple could also replace it. It is a long term practice, forever. Until the point no negative is left: I can speak from my own experience. Look for what you have instead what you dont.

Coming back to Nature, to the essence to sit, to recharge, to relax, to go where we come from, to the origins , where nothing artificial was built just yet, for distraction.To quieten the busy mind,to ground and root, to get clarity and answers. To calm down the nervous system. To just be one with the nature, connected to every tree , rock, grass, plant, leaf,insect, animal and most important to the energy giving sun. The water like a flow of life, it has to continue, it has to change and essential it has to clean and cleanse, the mind - our thoughts. The rhythm of the nature is a process as life is too. When integrated fully magic happens, as everything is incredibly in alignment with the self and the natural flow, supported by nature.
We are united, all the same. One.

Wenn wir ihn vollständig integrieren, geschieht Magie, denn alles ist auf unglaubliche Weise im Einklang mit dem Selbst und dem natürlichen Fluss, getragen von der Natur. Wir sind vereint, alle gleich. Eins.
