RIP jamilla deville. I still have the dvds from the days when they were pretty much it for developing beyond the local studios. (I believe i have bobbis too!) A founder of the industry whose loss will be felt by oh so many.

It isn't often at the moment that we open new Beginner Pole Fitness Classes,
But, in just a few weeks we are opening up a Wednesday 1:30-2:45pm! Limited spots available, message me for more details, or to secure your spot :)

So we are closed this week? Why? I am in the Gold Coast for the national underwater hockey championships. I’m here looking after the under 19 team while our daughter completes in the under 15 development squad. What an experience to have at 12! It’s been great so far with more fun to be had.
