“I can’t stop eating sweets” 🍭
You need to pause and talk to yourself before you eat.
Before you reach for tha sweet treat.
Not because you should restrict,
But because you have control.
You have in you ✨ you choose what to put in your mouth
Ask yourself questions first & chase a feeling that will make you proud :)

Cravings are normal 🤍
They don’t mean you’re doing anything wrong and they definitely don’t mean you lack discipline
But when you don’t know how to handle them… they can slowly pull you off track
It’s not the craving itself
It’s the all or nothing reaction that usually follows
Feeling out of control
Swinging between restriction and overeating
Starting over every Monday
That’s what actually impacts your progress
Learning how to respond to cravings instead of fighting them is what keeps you consistent, calm, and in control ✨

Words are spells 👇
What you say shapes what you become ✨
Your mind believes what you tell it
And it will always try to make it true 🧠
Every time you say “I’m tired” your body listens
Every time you say “I can’t” your brain agrees
But it works both ways:
Say “I’m getting stronger” and you show up differently
Say “I’ll figure it out” and you stop quitting so fast
Say “I’m proud of myself” and watch your confidence grow 💛
Be careful what you repeat
Because your mind is always listening 🧠
why not repeat positive things??
Here are some of them:
1. I tell my clients my opinion and give them suggestions although I shouldn’t
2. I don’t train 5x ler week to failure although I should
3. I don’t eat my bodyweight in protein I eat less
4. I don’t eat a lot of veggies AT ALL
5. I share common personal experiences with clients although I shouldn’t as a counselor
6. I change my workouts every month although I should stick to one
7. I expect fast results for myself but slow ones for my clients
8. I hae a hard time setting boundaries for myself as a counselor
9. I take responsibility for my clients results and I take things personally
10. I tolerate inconsistency a little too much for myself and clients
We aren’t perfect but we show up nonetheless 🤍
Save this to try one of these on Sunday 🤍

10 habits that will change your life 👇
1. Keep 1 promise to yourself daily
Not 10. Just one. Builds self-trust like nothing else.
2. Eat protein with your first meal
Stabilizes energy, cravings, and mood → everything feels easier after that.
3. Go outside for 5–10 minutes
Sunlight + fresh air = instant mental reset (even if it’s just a walk).
4. Stop waiting to feel motivated
Do it at a 6/10 effort. This rewires everything.
5. Pause before acting on a craving
Literally just ask: “Do I actually want this?” → creates awareness instead of autopilot.
6. Move your body a little every day
Not a full workout, walk, stretch, anything. Identity > intensity.
7. Clean one small thing daily
Your space affects your mind more than you think.
8. Put your phone away for 30 mins
No scrolling, no noise, your brain calms down FAST.
9. Talk to yourself better
Catch the “I’m lazy / I suck” thoughts → replace with neutral: “I’m learning”
10. Do the thing you’re avoiding FIRST
Removes 80% of your mental stress instantly.
You got this 🤍
