Welcome ⚡️my name is Tania I am a Cert III & IV qualified personal trainer and in my 3rd year of Exercise Physiology at uni. I have experience working with a range of people from 1on1 personal training, group fitness classes, uni placements and sub elite sport S&C. I have coached people based on their goals through technique, weight loss, muscle building, performance and rehab which has highlighted to me the common theme of confidence in movement. I believe this is achieved through strength, mobility and consistency with the right coach.

With gyms reopening, I’ll be resuming training sessions indoors, providing accountability, knowledge and support. please send me a message if you are interested in working with me.
