At Jiu Jiteijos yesterday load of Gold medals and match wins from the team. Special thanks to our wonderfully coaches – what great results. From memory great performances’ from Valentina, Connor, Milton, Bobo, Kegan, Charlie, Mitch, Marc, Joel, Dean, Jacob and Moo.

As my mentor and dear friend Anthony Lange gets ready to draw the curtains on a stellar and iconic BJJ career I thought I would look back and share some pic. Here's one I'm particularly fond of, some of the 1st generations of BJJ in Australia

To all the wonderful members of Lange’s MMA centre.

I will be retiring from running my full-time gym on 15th December 2022. I started my club in a school hall in 1994. I have been running this gym here in North Manly since 1999.
They have been so many powerful experiences and so many tremendous people who have walked through our roller doors for a roll and to learn important skills. I will be travelling and training throughout 2023
