Flexible work arrangements (FWA) are associated with greater job satisfaction and work-family balance. However, there may be barriers to access for those in same-sex couples. We would like to know more about the experiences of those in same-sex couples requesting and using flexible working arrangements.

If you are or have been in a same-sex couple and you are:
Over 18 years old
Fluent in English
Living in Australia
and
Have requested or used flexible working arrangements

SRC researchers are interested in hearing from people who have experienced childhood emotional abuse. We know that childhood emotional abuse can have both short and long term impacts on those who experience it, and we want to know more about these impacts. This information will help develop better supports for people who have these experiences.

Do all children who grow up with domestic violence experience it in their own relationships as adults? SRC researchers are challenging this misconception in a new research project to help break the cycle of abuse.

We want to hear from young people of all identities and backgrounds across Australia who experienced domestic violence between their caregivers as children about what has helped them form healthy relationships as adults.
