On Tuesday, 28 July, our Foundation Years students celebrated Grandparents Day, recognising the World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly.

The day began with a beautiful prayer service led by Fr Adrian, followed by heartfelt reflections from students across each year group about why they love and appreciate their grandparents. 🙏

Families then had the opportunity to visit classrooms before coming together for a special picnic lunch. Grandparents were also gifted a prayer card prepared by Mrs Wright, our Family Educator. 🌿

A huge thank you to Fr Adrian, our students and staff who helped make the day so special, and to the many grandparents, parents and family members who joined us to celebrate.

It was a wonderful day filled with love, gratitude and family. 💜

A proud milestone for our STAP community. 💜

The official Blessing and Opening of our completed campus marks an exciting new chapter for our College and the generations of students who will learn, grow and belong here.

From 42 students in 2017 to almost 1,800 today, what an incredible journey. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone, including our founding families, dedicated staff, inspiring students, and supportive community, who helped bring us to this remarkable point.

As we look ahead, we step into a bright future filled with endless possibilities, guided by our faith and commitment to excellence.

Year 9 Music had an incredible opportunity to work with Philippe-Marc Anquetil, an Australian singer, song-writer, vocal arranger, producer and mixing engineer. Students collaboratively created their own pop song by creating instrumental parts and writing their own lyrics under his guidance.

Year 9 Music has begun the recording process in STAP’s very own recording studio!! Stay tuned for the launch of their original work. Well done Year 9!

Our coders kicked off Term 3 with a hands-on troubleshooting challenge: debugging a broken Pokémon-themed program! 📱🎮

Students from Years 7–10 put their logic to the test, applying a newly learned programming language to spot errors, rewrite broken code, and solve problems like real-world developers.

It was awesome seeing their persistence pay off as they gained a much deeper understanding of how real software gets built.
