I recently moved my piano and other instruments into a new room!

It has inspired me to offer sessions for people to just explore these instruments without the pressure of "getting it right" or "being musical" ... instead, they are about playing, listening and exploring without judgement and inhibition.

Want to EXPLORE sound and music in a safe and creative way?

I am now offering 40-minute sessions for people of ALL ages and abilities to explore, play and create music using any instruments in my new Music Room!

Instruments include: Piano, Rav Vast hand pan, crystal singing bowls, gongs, double bass, bass guitar, guitar, autoharp, hand percussion, drums, Koshi chimes and more!

NO MUSICAL BACKGROUND NECESSARY!

Purpose? To express yourself through music. To be present. To connect. To play. To explore musical elements. To tap into creativity. To reduce stress!

Cost:
$70 - 40 min 1:1 session.
$180 - 60 min group session - Max 3 people (find a few friends and split the cost!)

Times Available:
Monday: 9:30am - 10:30am
Tuesday: 9:30am - 12:30pm and 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday: 10:30 - 12:30 and 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Playing the piano and learning how to read music keeps the brain active!

"We have no doubt that continuing with music into older age has played an important role in keeping our brains healthy."

"Simply listening to music did not appear to help cognitive health."

"Prof Corbett said that, although more research was needed, promoting musical education could form a "valuable" part of a public health message, as would encouraging older adults to return to music in later life."

Playing an instrument is especially good for brain health and should be encouraged, researchers say.
