There is no Being or Entity greater than you, outside of you.

The ‘higher’ Self is no more higher than the human, than the brain is higher than the heart.

It is higher only in location, not estimation.

Both are equal in their value and worth in the human’s biology.
One simply cannot thrive without the other.

Also both the human and the Soul are equal in value to the Soul, for without the human, the Soul would have no earthly experience.
For this alone, the Soul loves the human, deeply and always.

Even ‘God’ is not outside of you, for you are ‘God’ also.

Look within for all the answers, with trust and faith in your Self, for you are the greatness you seek.

Enlightenment will not be found in ancient scrolls or in caves on mountain tops, it is found in only one place - deep within one’s Self.

Allow the beauty of synchronicity to enfold your life.

Life can be either a gentle flow down stream or a battle against rapids whilst trying to avoid being smashed on rocks.

The attitude and perspective which you bring to each situation ultimately determines your experience.

Flowing is an attitude of grace and trust in your Self.
Battling is an attitude of fear and mistrust in your Self.

When there is trust, there can be no battles. Battles are for those in fear and lack.

Trust your Self and flow with the joy of life and you will be amazed at how synchronous your life will become.

Magic and grace will enfold you like the sky enfolds the earth and the oceans enfold the fish.

Processing a trauma will ultimately keep you stuck in that trauma.

When you re-live a trauma and attempt to process the why’s and how’s, the trauma is re-energised and reinforced.

When you re-imagine a negative state you give strength to that state and so create more opportunities to remain in that state.

When you can accept and allow the pain of a trauma as a gift from your Soul, and feel it within you completely, without the judgement or fear wrought of processing, you will then be able to transmute that trauma into wisdom.

Let it in, let it grow and then let it go.

The processing is the mind’s attempt to understand and therefore limit further trauma.
All trauma is ultimately wisdom transmuted.
So to prevent or limit it, denies also the wisdom of it.

Ultimately, allowing the wisdom from your Soul, yet without the need of trauma or suffering is key to living a joyous life of synchronous Self Mastery.

No matter the feeling, just breathe it in and through and then open to the next.

The path of the Master is fraught with dangers and distractions.

There is no simple straight and easy path to Self Mastery. There is only the path that delves deep within one’s Self.

There you will encounter dragons and demons and inner devilishness designed to distract and discourage.

Within those same depths is the strength and compassion to rise and rediscover the true Self and ultimately allow the inner Mastery to emerge.

Enlightenment is not the end of the journey, it is actually just the beginning.
