Break a leg: the term used when actors and performers wish each other luck before going on stage.
In the past, it was believed that wishing someone luck would bring them bad luck. So instead of saying "good luck," people would say "break a leg" to try to avoid jinxing their friends or family.

You are loved for being just who are, just for existing.
You don't have to change a thing about yourself. You can be the most imperfect person in the world, and someone will love you for it.
We all have different strengths, different weaknesses, and different things that make us stand out from others. We're all unique in our own ways. And that is why we deserve love from each other.
So today, I want you to remember: no matter what kind of day you're having or how many mistakes you've made—you are loved just as much as anyone else in this world.
