Wind Works Tuition in flute, oboe, oboe reedmaking, clarinet and music theory. Based in WA, south of the river. AMEB preliminary to diploma level instruction.

Primary school to adults! 12 years of private instrumental teaching experience. 12 years of private studio teaching experience - I have students who are now music teachers themselves! Bachelor of Music (flute performance), Graduate Diploma of Education (music), AMusA (AMEB - flute). Member of the Australasian Double Reed Society. I have studied flute with Neil Fisenden (West Australian Symphony Orchestra - retired) and oboe with John Dee (University of Illinois). I have taught students from age 5 to retiree. Young students may be accepted on application - this will depend on the size of the student and the instrument chosen. I also teach for the Department of Education (7 years). I play in a number of community ensembles to keep in shape!

Our children can learn how to have grit, motivation, problem-solving, flexibility, and character during and after their K-12 schooling -- and music is the vehicle to teach these skills.
