As part of Science Week, our Year 5 students explored different methods for creating simple circuits. 💡💡💡

Our student gardening group ensures our school grounds look amazing by taking care of our plants and nurturing the seedlings. 🌱🪴🌱

Congratulations to 3T for receiving the inaugural Sustainability Award. 👍👍👍

As part of our Elevate Student Leadership Project, SRC members monitor rubbish on the playground and reward students who responsibly place rubbish in the bin. The class with the most rewards is chosen to receive the sustainability award. 🌎🌎🌎

Today was Stewart House Pyjama Day! Our students switched their uniforms for PJs, raising money to help other children! 😊😊😊

Term 3 Learning Walks started today. This was an opportunity for our principal, assistant principals and specialist staff to visit Stage 1 classrooms and ask our students 5 questions based on Lyn Sharratt’s CLARITY work:

3️⃣ How do you know?
4️⃣ How can you improve?
5️⃣ Where do you go for help?

Our students were highly engaged and confident to talk about their learning. We are so proud of our students and teachers. 💙💛💙

This week is National Science Week with the theme of Seeds of Science: nurturing knowledge for all. 🔬🥼🧪

Our students have the opportunity to explore the power of curiosity, inquiry and shared learning in growing scientific understanding. 💙💛💙
