Change - the one that is certain and constant.
For years I have wanted long luscious locks and it took me years to get them - I missed out on the fast hair growth gene (unless it was a p***c hair or now in mid life - a wirey facial hair) yet there are times in life when you know you know and you finally take the plunge and love the results. Trust yourself, listen to yourself. That idea that popped into your head was for a reason….
