St Patrick’s Primary School Koroit page
“HOUSE RULES”
1. The St Patrick’s Primary School Koroit page (the “Page”) aims to communicate, inform, celebrate and share information about our School and the achievements of our school community.
2. To maintain our Page as a positive and inclusive place, please keep your comments positive and supportive (our administrators will remove
anything they deem to be inappropriate).
3. We all make mistakes sometimes. If you see something on our Page which you believe is incorrect or offensive, please refrain from posting comments about this. Instead, contact us so we can address or correct it.
4. If you have some news or information you think we could share about the school, or the achievements of the School or a member of our school community, please contact us to let us know.
5. We are happy to consider the promotion of not-for-profit activities, events or initiatives on our Page, so long as they are associated with our school, or members of our school community who are representing our school. Unfortunately we will have to politely decline any requests to promote private enterprises or commercial operations.
6. We understand that privacy is important to different people in different ways. To ensure we respect the privacy of the members of our school community, we will endeavour to display images of only community members who have consented to this. Where we display an image or mention a student, we will identify them by first name only. If you see an image to which you have not consented, please contact us to let us know so that we can remove it.
7. To contact us, please send a message to the Page which the Administrators will receive. Alternatively, if the matter is urgent please contact the School directly.
8. If you have a concern relating to the School, please contact the School directly. As an aim of our Page is to promote our school, any negative or critical comments relating to the School will be removed. The School can be contacted either in person, by phone (03 5565 8208), or by e-mail ( [email protected] ).
