Walk on Country is our favourite day of the week! In a world that is screen-filled and fast-paced, our Walk on Country days bring children back to what they need most — nature, movement, freedom, risk-taking, and connection 🍃✨

Tree climbing, exploring on Country, spotting wildlife, collecting nature treasures, and wandering with curious minds are more than beautiful childhood moments — they are essential experiences helping to reduce the growing impact of nature deficit in children 🌱

✨ IMAGINE walking into nursery and seeing your baby’s face light up as their own memories dance across the walls… ✨

Our babies revisit their learning in the most magical way 🥰

Using a projectors, we transform our spaces into a living, interactive storybooks filled with familiar faces, treasured family moments and meaningful experiences from their days at nursery 🥰🤍

And the reaction? Pure wonder.

Tiny hands reaching out to touch familiar faces.
Eyes wide with excitement.
Pointing, babbling, recognising, remembering.

The room filled with connection, curiosity and awe💫

Instead of permanently filling our walls with displays, projectors allow the environment to become responsive, interactive and ever changing — bringing the learning to life around the children rather than simply placing it on a wall to be observed.

The children don’t just LOOK at their learning…they step into it 🙌

Memories aren’t just displayed… they’re felt, revisited, and lived again 🤍

Our Children’s Philosophy was created to place children’s voices at the very heart of our service — capturing their ideas about belonging, kindness, identity, safety, relationships, and how they learn best within our shared community 🏡

From their words, questions, conversations, and ideas, we created our very own Children’s Philosophy Book — not as documentation for adults, but as something children can revisit, interact with, and genuinely connect to independently, alongside their peers or with their care givers 🥰

Each page is filled with authentic moments, meaningful photographs, peer connections, and the voices of children woven throughout to bring their thinking to life.
But we didn’t want their philosophy to simply sit on a shelf…

So we brought it to LIFE 🫶🥰

Throughout our environments, children can now hear their own voices through interactive talking buttons and revisit their ideas through digital photo frames displaying their philosophy in real time.
They stop, listen and and reconnect with their thinking alongside their peers and educators in deeply meaningful ways.

This is not documentation as decoration- this is children seeing themselves as capable, valued, and heard🫶

Children are not just participants in their learning…
they are the authors of it 🌱🪾✨

Just keep swimming 🤿🐠🏊‍♀️

Every week, our kindergarten children participate in complimentary swimming lessons in our onsite magnesium swimming pool — and the impact reaches far beyond learning to swim.

We see anxious children become brave
We see cautious children take risks
We see confidence grow one splash at a time

Our beautiful Moreton Bay region is surrounded by water, so swimming isn’t just an activity — it’s a life long skill children will carry through with them.

By embedding complimentary weekly lessons into our kindy program, children are developing water safety, resilience, persistence and trust in themselves within an environment where they already feel safe and secure 🩵

What’s even better is that they get to do this alongside their friends cheering them on-these as the moments that matter the most 🫶🙌

A friendly reminder that Sharon our Child Health Nurse will be at the service from 7am tomorrow if any families would like to spend some one on one time with Sharon to discuss Childen’s health, sleep,behaviour and toilet learning. Please pop past the office and we can arrange Sharon to spend some time with you. Sharon will also be supporting our educators across the morning, so please feel free to introduce yourself if you see Sharon in the environments
