πŸ’ƒβœ¨ Wednesdays just hit different! βœ¨πŸ’ƒ

You know what that means... Miss Courtney is back, and we'll be dancing like there's no tomorrow! πŸŽΆπŸ•ΊπŸ’«

From happy feet to big beats, our dancers will be twirling, grooving, and busting out their best moves all class long. If energy, smiles, and a little bit of sparkle had a day of the week, it would definitely be Wednesday! 🌟🎡

We can't wait to hit the dance floor with Miss Courtney and dance our hearts out! πŸ’ƒβ€οΈ

🐝🌻 Buzzing with Life at Our Community Garden!🌻🐝

Did you know some of the hardest workers in our garden have wings? Our bees are busy pollinating flowers, herbs, fruits, and vegetables, helping our garden thrive and bringing life to every corner. πŸŒΌπŸ“πŸ₯•

Every visit to the garden is a chance to see nature in action β€” from vibrant blooms to the gentle hum of bees moving from flower to flower. These tiny pollinators play a huge role in growing the fresh produce and beautiful flowers we all enjoy.

Our community garden isn't just a place to grow food; it's a place where people, plants, and pollinators come together. πŸ’š

Next time you're walking through the garden, take a moment to watch the bees at work. Their dedication is a wonderful reminder of how small actions can make a big difference.

πŸ“Έ Have you spotted our bees in action? Share your photos in the comments!

Together, our sister service Redcliffe and Anzac Avenue are committed to providing the very best support for children and families within our community. This month we got together and engaged in a collaboration with Bernie from ECDP and further explored our understanding of supervision, staffing arrangements within both services and explored their environments.

By working collaboratively, we ensure families have access to a wide range of both internal and external supports that promote children’s development, wellbeing, and successful learning outcomes.

A key part of this commitment is our ongoing partnership with the Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP). Through this valuable collaboration, children and families can access specialised support, guidance, and early intervention services when needed, helping to identify strengths and provide assistance during the important early years of development.

We believe that strong partnerships create stronger outcomes. By connecting families with the right supports at the right time, we can work together to nurture every child’s potential and support them to thrive.

Adventure , discovery, and learning are waiting just beyond our gate.

At our little hidden gem, Bush Kindy isn't something we have to travel to, it's literally right next door. With nature as our classroom, children have the opportunity to explore winding trails, listen to birdsong, examine tiny insects, climb, balance, create, imagine, and develop a genuine connection with the world around them.

Bush Kindy supports so many aspects of children's development. It nurtures confidence, resilience, problem-solving skills, creativity, physical coordination, and a sense of wonder that simply can't be replicated indoors. Every fallen leaf, muddy puddle, and curious discovery becomes an invitation to learn.

We are incredibly fortunate to have this natural playground on our doorstep, providing endless opportunities for children to explore, take safe risks, build friendships, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the environment.

And the best part? We currently have availability for families looking for a nurturing early learning environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through meaningful experiences in nature.

Come and discover the magic that's been hiding next door all along. πŸŒ±πŸƒπŸ’š

✨ Small World Play, Big Learning ✨

Small world play might look simple , little animals, tiny people, miniature farms or dinosaur lands, but it offers incredible benefits for children’s development. πŸŒΏπŸ¦–πŸ‘

Through imaginative play, children build:
πŸ’‘ Creativity and storytelling skills
πŸ—£οΈ Language and communication
🀝 Social and emotional understanding
🧠 Problem-solving and critical thinking
βœ‹ Fine motor skills and coordination

Whether they’re creating a jungle adventure, a fairy garden, or a busy construction site, children are learning about the world around them in meaningful and hands-on ways.

The best part? Small world play encourages open-ended exploration where there’s no β€œright” or β€œwrong” way to play , just imagination leading the way. 🌈
