💙 A Safety Reminder for Anyone Using a Hidden Safe Phone 💙

For women & children experiencing domestic violence who have a hidden safe phone as part of a domestic or family violence safety plan, it's recommended that you turn it off or leave it with someone you trust before 2:00pm on Monday 27 July for 24 hours.

A national test of the new AusAlert emergency warning system will be sent to compatible mobile phones across Australia. 📱 The test alert may sound even if your phone is on silent, Do Not Disturb, or the volume is turned down. This is a test before they launch the system on 1st October 2026.

Accurate sign in & sign out records are an important part of our safety & regulatory procedures & help us ensure every child is accounted for at all times. 💙

📱 If you have a compatible mobile device, you may receive a loud test alert, even if your phone is on silent or Do Not Disturb.
