Last night at Palladium Crown, ACK acknowledged eight great former students who have succeeded post ACK. There were 8 inductees into the Hall of Excellence. As per the last Gala night 3 years ago there were numerous areas of life covered. The areas included religion, law, health, drama (which would make esteemed former drama teacher Pat Phillips proud) just to name a few. Each of the Old Collegians named were pictorialised while their amazing citations were read out to the audience. It highlighted that at ACK all students can achieve their passion . The School inducted our first 4 women that were drafted in AFLW to recognise their great achievement. At last nights Gala the school acknowledged our Rising Stars, being students who have left ACK in past 25 years that are doing amazing work in their field.

As some of you maybe aware the school has plans for a new Pavilion at the school replacing the current Harry M Anderson Pavilion. In this Pavilion the school advised those in attendance that in this area it will commemorate not only our proud sporting achievements by the former students at ACK(currently ACK participate in 16 sports), but also include those that have been inducted into our Hall Of Excellence.

Those who would love to see a leaflet put together by the school and/or love to contribute to this pavilion please contact Catherine Watts at the school & she will only too happy speak to you about this & send you information.

Highlight of the night was seeing our esteemed Old Collegian Neale Daniher in attendance. He loved meeting up with former classmates reliving great times he had on sporting field, in dormitories & classroom.

Simon O'Donnell gave a brilliant speech & all those in attendance stood up & gave a big 3 cheers to Neale.
