Dreyfus Drei is an award-winning film about family, identity, and the return of three generations of Jewish artists from Australia to Germany. When artist and academic Ella Dreyfus set about exploring her late father’s experiences of fleeing the Holocaust, she began a journey that would take her back to Berlin, Wuppertal and Wiesbaden. It culminated in a powerful 30-minute documentary that penetrates the wall of silence that many survivors erect around their lives.
