Sensei covered this tonight in class. A great way to end the weekend.
Breathing,
When is breathing Ki breathing? Why is Ki breathing not just breathing?
Either way, you never realise how important breathing is until you have stopped for 30 minutes....
Perhaps correct breathing will prolong life!

Hard training night last night. A mock 1st Dan grading for both our Brown belts with Sensei doing half of the Uki work plus Tanto and kneeling Uki. Found some areas to improve on and some areas which were very well done. Everyone left knowing they had been rather active.

The last two weeks have been intensive tanto work, finishing up with Sensei Steve giving Chris and Fahmi a taste of speed and a ton of Ki to stop those over active brains interfering to much. It was a pleasure to watch as by the end, both knew they had done some really good work. Well done to you both.
