🌾A Sunday morning that refills your cup.

Mini & Me Bloom Bar: A slow, simple, 75-minute reset designed for the whole family’s nervous system.

Mums, dads, cousins, grandparents: A space for the whole village to slow down and co-regulate through sensory play and creation. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ just a chance to connect over flowers, craft, a mini meditation and the chance to just be together.

We have our final 2 spots available.

Give your child (and yourself) the gift of a calm morning and a nourishing weekend reset.

From making lunches, to attending appointments, rushing to after school activities, the endless “to-do” list, and the dreaded “what’s for dinner?” It’s a lot to carry. I see you, and I know how easy it is for the days to blur into one long rush of managing expectations and keeping everyone on track.

That’s why the Mini & Me Bloom Bar exists.

It’s not about the “perfect” flower arrangement or following a set of rules. It’s l 75 minutes of connection, creativity and a sense of “just being” together.

When we step into this space to create, something shifts. We move away from the “rush” and into the “now.” It’s about more than just flowers; it’s about filling your own cup while you help your little one fill theirs.

We are down to our final spots for the upcoming session.
Come as you are. No rush, no expectations. Just a morning to connect, create and breathe

I joined a craft club, and then I almost stayed home.

I had a huge “to-do list” staring at me, and that familiar voice in my head was whispering that a craft club was a luxury I didn’t have time for. To be honest, it wasn’t just the list, it was the social anxiety of starting something new. That nervous feeling of being out of my comfort zone and meeting a group of people I didn’t know.

But I went anyway.
And it was the most productive thing I’ve done all month. Not because I ticked anything off my list, but because the room was filled with incredible women who were all there for the exact same reason: to breathe, to create, and to just be.

We keep hearing that self-care isn’t just bubble baths and face masks, but we rarely talk about what it actually is. It’s a nervous system reset. It’s the act of intentionally moving out of “Survival Mode”—where we are just reacting—and moving into a state of regulation.

And the bridge to get there? Joy.

Joy isn’t just another “job” to add to your list; it is the fuel that allows your body to settle. For me, that reset is still a work in progress! But I realised something last week: I cannot co-regulate a child from an empty cup. When we choose things that make us feel alive, we aren’t being selfish. We are becoming the anchor our children need to lean on.

The “Perfect Mum” is a myth. But a Steady Mum? That is someone our kids can actually connect with.

Stop pouring. Start blooming. 🌾

If you’re ready to fill your cup alongside your child, I’d love to see you at our next Mini & Me Bloom Bar. Let’s find that steadiness together.

Presence over presents 🌾

The Mother’s Day Bloom Bar is more than a floral workshop. It is a dedicated 75 minutes to leave the mental load at the door and simply be with your mini.

In a world that asks us to constantly “do,” we are creating a space to “be.” A rhythmic, sensory-led experience designed for connection, regulation, and a felt sense of being truly steady together.

We trade the pressure of perfection for the beauty of your bond.
