Your body knows before your brain does.

That tummy drop when you get an invite you don’t want to accept?

That tightening in your chest before you say ‘yes’out loud (when you want to say no)?

It’s all data. Most people override it so quickly they never realise how much energy they’re leaking.

In The Reconnection Series, we don’t just edit your energy, we train you to catch the signal before you abandon yourself.

Imagine your life when you can put YOU first, without guilt.

DM RECONNECT if you want to know what that feels like in real life.

Some days the most productive thing I do is… absolutely nothing.
I had to train myself (and get help) to stop calling it 'wasting time' and start calling it 'resetting'.

It’s wild how much clearer I think when I’m not filling every gap with doing.

Rest doesn’t have to be earned.

If you gave yourself an hour today with zero agenda, what would you do first?

There wasn’t a dramatic reason or a final fight.
Just an inner knowing I couldn’t stay another day.

I lived in a remote town, a 17 hour drive from 'home'.
Nowhere to disappear. Teenage kids.
I left anyway.

Not because I didn’t care. Oh geez, I cared so much about my energy, my future, the woman I was slowly disappearing from and my daughters.

Then something happened that shattered the whole story.
Made me question if I’d done the right thing, even though I knew it was the only thing I could’ve done.

It didn’t feel like freedom, it was like being stuck between grief and self-trust, just trying to keep going.

Here’s what I know now…

Some choices don’t have clean endings.
Truth doesn’t always come with validation and yet it doesn’t make it less true.
Choosing yourself doesn’t guarantee a neat and tidy timeline. It just means you stop waiting for devastation to make your decisions for you.
And sometimes, the ripple you’ll never see is the one that saves someone else.

If you’re in that space between knowing and doing… that’s what I've built the The Reconnection Series for.
You don’t have to name it yet. You just have to start.

I don’t write this for sympathy. I write it because too many brilliant women are still asking themselves...

‘But is it bad enough to leave?’

Want more energy?

Then we have to talk about the places you’re still saying yes, when your body already screamed no.

This week’s solo episode is one I almost didn’t record because it meant saying things that felt sharp.

Admitting where I’ve been abandoning myself to keep other people comfortable and hearing my mum’s voice in the back of my mind the whole time.

“You can’t do that, Amanda. You’re going to disappoint people.”

Then I flipped it. Maybe she’s not disappointed, maybe she’s proud.

She checks her calendar and winces, barely noticeable but she felt it.

Nothing dramatic to see, just too much. Again.

A different shape every week, same feeling underneath as if she’s only half available to her own life.

Said yes too fast (when it was most definitely a no), again.
Before checking if she had the time, the energy or the actual desire.

The calendar’s full and it’s the autopilot that’s running the show, the habit of saying yes without checking in first.

The Reconnection Series breaks that pattern.
Room to breathe and space to feel what’s true.
Simplicity she couldn't see that helps her come back to herself.

Her body always knows before her brain clicks in and that’s what we listen to here.

This is where momentum returns without pushing harder.

8 weeks.
4 calls.
Daily Voxer.

DM me 'Reconnection' if you’re ready.
If your body already said yes, that’s enough.

Ever feel a bit off… even when everything should feel fine?

This convo might explain why.

I had a great (in person) chat with systemic organisational psychologist Bryn Edwards, in my lounge (cat cameo included), to talk about what we actually need to feel grounded, energised and truly connected to ourselves.

Think connection, energy, belonging and that feeling of being truly you.

Bryn brings the wisdom. I bring the questions.

You’ve kept it together for everyone.
Managed the chaos and maintained the plan.
Tried to make it all make sense.

Then, when it gets quiet, so does the question:

Is this really mine?

Not the to-do list or the life that looks good.
The feeling,
the pace,
the niggling voice inside it.

You’ve been holding it down for so long
you forgot what it’s like to be held in it.

This isn’t about getting your sh*t together.
It’s allowing space to come home to you.

The Edge is open.
Two weeks of deep voice note coaching and a 1:1 session
for the woman who doesn’t want to wait
for her life to start feeling like hers again.

DM me 'The Edge' and I’ll send you the details for the intro offer.

You already know if it’s time.
