The next Act Local free online webinar. 😄
🌱 REIMAGINE VOLUNTEERING: Is volunteering changing?
Why don’t people want to volunteer these days?
Maybe that’s not quite the right question.
A better question might be: How could volunteering better enable people to meet their human needs for belonging, esteem, meaning and purpose?
Join us for a thought-provoking Act Local conversation about how we can reimagine volunteering for the way people live, work and connect today.
💡 Act Local: Reimagine Volunteering will explore new ways of thinking about community contribution, participation and active citizenship - and what might happen when we move beyond traditional ideas of volunteering.
We’re excited to be joined by two inspiring community leaders:
🧡 Jess de Campo - Imagine Uraidla
A community leader, educator and social innovator working at the forefront of grassroots, community-led wellbeing and active citizenship.
💚 Kendell Terrell - Doing Co
A connector, social impact leader and community builder passionate about reimagining community contribution, removing barriers to participation and helping people and places flourish.
Together, Jess and Kendell will share insights, stories and practical ideas for creating more inclusive and meaningful opportunities for people to contribute.
