It was fantastic to see so many Old Boys and their sons join us for our Father’s Day Liturgy last Friday.

We also continued the proud tradition of presenting Alumni Pins to Old Boys whose sons and/or grandsons are currently part of the St Dominic’s community. A special thank you to Old Boy Geoff Gill and his son, Hayden, our College Vice Captain, for helping present the pins to fellow multi-generational Dommies families.

A highlight of the occasion was recognising two of our three-generation families, the Vella and McDonald families, who were presented with their special Three-Generation Alumni Pins. 🔵⚪

NRL DEBUT FOR RILEY POLLARD!

In a matter of just weeks, St Dominic’s College is incredibly proud to celebrate the third Old Boy from the Graduating Class of 2023 to make their NRL debut!

Riley follows in the footsteps of fellow Class of 2023 Old Boys Jaxen Edgar and Jett Cleary, who have also recently achieved the incredible milestone of making their NRL debuts. Three Old Boys. One graduating class.

Today, Riley Pollard will run onto the field for the Cronulla Sharks as they take on the Melbourne Storm - marking an incredible milestone in his rugby league journey.

Riley’s achievement is a wonderful testament to his hard work, dedication, perseverance and commitment both on and off the field. From his days at St Dominic’s to the biggest stage in rugby league, it is a moment we know our entire College community will be celebrating.

Congratulations, Riley - you’ve earned this moment!

It was a great night for two of our Old Boys at the Brad Fittler Medal Awards Night last night with Jaxen Edgar picking up the NSW Cup Player of the Year Award and Nathan Cleary winning the major award, the Brad Fittler Medal for NSW’s best player for the 2026 Origin Series!

Congratulations to both players! 🔵⚪️

Congratulations to Old Boy Jett Cleary (class of 2023) who will make his NRL debut for the NZ Warriors in their game against the Knights tomorrow!
Jett will partner fellow Old Boy Luke Hanson (class of 2021) in the halves!
