My spiritual bestie has a theory about me and she's not wrong.

Every time things are going really well… I change them 😂

And look, she's not wrong. It's literally in my blueprint. I ask for things, I trust the pull, I blow up what was working and build something better.

Two years ago I put some things out there. And now, as the universe loves to do, they're all arriving at once.

So here's what that means for you.

After this May intake, the way I teach is changing. The access I offer is changing.

Right now my students get weekly live teaching, real-time support, a full 4-day immersion, and everything after. It's the most available I've ever been in this space.

And I'll be honest with you, I don't know what this looks like on the other side of what's coming for me. I genuinely don't know what that even looks like, as I am creating space for the new way to emerge but........

What I do know is that this intake is the last one in this form. This version of the training, this level of access, this version of me in this space.

Had a chat with someone today who made me laugh… until I caught her out 😄

She'd been looking at my course. Multiple times.

We were joking around and she goes "I just need to do a bit more research"

You come back because something in you already knows.

I’ve had students join wrapped in a blanket, eating their dinner, cup of tea in hand, pj’s on. And honestly? That’s exactly the energy I want. Because learning something structured and powerful doesn’t have to feel rigid or intimidating.

It feels more like catching up with friends and just talking about kinesiology — what’s clicking, what isn’t yet, what questions you’ve been sitting with. No performance required.

Students tell me this is one of the most refreshing parts of the training. It’s easier to show up consistently when it doesn’t feel like another thing you have to get dressed up for.

If you’ve been picturing something serious and stiff… it’s probably not what you think. Come as you are. Literally. 🫖

Sara finds a course that lands. She opens the page. Closes it. Opens the email. Closes it. Tells herself she’s “being responsible.” Spends two weeks doing a deep dive on everything. Convinces herself she needs more time to think.

And then one day she goes back and enrolments are closed. The early price is gone. In one case, the course just wasn’t available anymore. Like, gone. That one hurt.

If something keeps pulling you back in, don’t ignore that. That’s not “I need another week.” That’s you already knowing.

I didn’t wake up one day knowing kinesiology was what I was meant to do.

To be honest, I’d signed up for an online interior design course. I loved decorating our homes, helping family and friends, and it felt like a safe place to start. No pressure, no big commitment, just something I could do quietly and see how I went.

And I fu***ng loved it. I’m creative, I enjoy the design side of things, and I realised I was actually really capable of learning something new.

But then we got to the electrical plans 🤯

And I just remember thinking… I don’t want to know how to do this crap. I just want to pick paint colours and cushions, not rewire a house 🤣

And that’s when the penny dropped. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to study. I just didn’t want to turn that into my career.

It was a hobby. Something I loved. But not something I wanted to build a life around.

What it did do though was open something up in me.

It showed me I could learn. That I was ready to study again. I just needed to find something that actually felt aligned with how I wanted to work and how I wanted to contribute.

And it definitely wasn’t in cushions and home décor. I wanted something with more depth. More meaning.

And that’s what eventually led me to kinesiology… and now teaching others how to do it.

So if you’re sitting there feeling unsure, like you don’t have it all figured out, or you’re waiting for everything to line up perfectly… it doesn’t really work like that.

Sometimes you just need to be willing to take a step, and let it lead you to the next one, and the next one.

Intuition has never been the problem.

Most practitioners fall over because they rely on it without structure.

So now you’re trying to interpret what you’re feeling without anything solid to link it to or back it up.

And this is what I see time and time again. You hesitate. You second guess. You start questioning whether what you’re saying to your client is actually right.

That’s where confidence drops.

What I teach is structure first. A clear way to communicate with the body, follow what’s actually relevant, and know what to do next, so you’re not trying to piece it together in your head or make it mean something.

And from there, intuition becomes something you use alongside it, not something you rely on to carry the whole session.

That’s MY difference. It removes the guesswork. The hoping you’re getting it right. The feeling like you’ve just made your way through and get to the end thinking, what did I even do?

You know what you’re doing when you follow a structure, intuition is just an added bonus.

One of the biggest shifts in this work is realising you’re not here to do everything in one session.

There’s a limit to what the body can integrate at a time, and when you push past that and ignore the body, you’re not creating more change, you’re creating noise.

This is where a lot of practitioners get it wrong 😑

They keep going, keep adding, keep trying to “get to the bottom of it”, instead of recognising when the work has landed and letting the body do what it needs to do with it.

The foundation of this work is multi-layered. So knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing what to do in the first place.

That’s something I place a lot of importance on in how I teach, not just the techniques, but how to actually work with the body in a way that the changes hold.

If I waited for everything to line up perfectly, for the right timing, the clear signs, and for it all to make complete sense… I wouldn’t have started any of this.

I see this all the time 🙈 Women waiting for the universe to confirm it, to make it obvious, to give them something that feels certain before they choose.

But it doesn’t usually work like that.

More often than not, it looks like this. Messy, interrupted, not quite how you planned, and still something in you knows it feels so right.

At some point, you have to stop looking for signs and you start trusting the pull from within ✨
