What we have here is a slow braised lamb shank. Flavoured with red wine, fresh herds and seasoned well with cracked black pepper and salt. Served on a roasted pumpkin, garlic and potato mash. With a red wine reduction. Why you may ask? Simple i was bored and wanted something different.

Satay Prawn skewers. Simple but delicious.

Little something different for you all. Fresh pineapple with a spiced butter toffee, served with lemon and mint sorbet.

The hardest part in making a chilli sauce is to keep the flavour without loosing it to the heat. There is nothing worst in my books is to have just the heat without preserving the flavour of the chilli. So with this I present another product which I think I will call........Molten Lava. Hotter than Na**lm but yet still holds a lot of flavour.

Who said salsa cant be sexy. I tend to disagree. Another platter in the making.

So a last minute catering request for some platters. Pressure is on but we are sure they will enjoy these. Still a few more platters to put together. More pics to follow.

Like to report sales are going well in the butchers. The popular sellers seem to be the Na**lm, Firecracker, South African Chutney. So pop on in to Star of North Butchers both Currambine and Wanneroo or CKS Quality meats at KingsWay. Grab yourself some quality meats and sone of our popular selling items. If they have run out let us know and we will restock them as soon as possible.

So I was asked if I could do a ginger cordial. So I created a ginger, mint and lemon cordial. Must admit it turned out well. Different but quite nice.
