Reset & Reboot Challenge

Stop waiting for the perfect timing.

Because honestly? There may never be one.

You can keep waiting until you feel ready, confident, certain… or you can decide to move anyway.

Sometimes courage doesn’t come before the opportunity.

Your courage creates the opportunity.

Take the step. Make the decision. Start before you feel completely ready.

Maybe the reset you’ve been waiting for doesn’t begin when everything falls into place.

Maybe it begins when you decide you’ve had enough of staying stuck.

Are you ready to Reset and Reboot?

DM me for Details.

How do you receive feedback?

For many of us, feedback can feel like criticism. We become defensive, take it personally, or feel like our abilities are being questioned.

But feedback is data. It gives us an opportunity to see ourselves from a different perspective and learn something we may not have noticed before.

Three things I remind myself when receiving feedback:

1. Listen to understand, not to respond.
2. Ask questions if you need clarity.
3. Thank the person for being honest with you.

Feedback is a mirror, not a judgment.

The more open we are to receiving it, the more we create space to grow, both personally and professionally.

What is one piece of feedback that helped you grow?

Ready for your next level? Let’s turn the feedback into a breakthrough. 😉 DM me for details.

We often celebrate achieving our goals, but how often do we ask:

Are these goals truly mine?

You can work hard, achieve your goals, and still arrive at a destination that doesn’t feel meaningful.

True clarity is knowing where you’re going and making sure it aligns with your values, purpose, and the life you genuinely want.

Before chasing your next goal, ask yourself:
Am I creating my definition of success, or someone else’s?

If you’re feeling stuck or unclear, DM me. Let’s start with a Mindset Audit and uncover what may be holding you back.

💬 Have you ever achieved a goal that didn’t feel as fulfilling as you expected?

The Lion's Gate opens tomorrow 8.8. A portal for realignment and rediscover who you are.

To honour it, I'm opening 8 spots in my 30-day Self-Discovery Challenge. $88, going to $188 once spots fill.

If you've lost your spark, going through the motions, showing up for everyone and everything, but feeling further from yourself with each day, this portal is an invitation to come back home to you.

Not goal setting. Not "what's next." This is about reconnecting with what's already true:
→ Your values, what's really yours vs. what you inherited
→ Your narrative, the story you tell about yourself, and where it's outdated
→ Your patterns, what you repeat without noticing
→ Your beliefs, the quiet assumptions steering everything

Delivered through an online coaching portal. One guided activity a day. Self-paced, confidential, non-judgmental.

Begins tomorrow, on 8/8. 8 spots. DM for details to enrol.

The moment a woman stops choosing herself, everyone loses.

One of the biggest challenges I see in the women I work with isn't capability or confidence.

It's self-abandonment.

Women naturally care for others. We lead, support, nurture, and give so much of ourselves. But too often, we put our own wellbeing, voice, and growth last.

During my conversation with Vivian, we spoke about why this needs to change.

One quote that has always stayed with me is from Maya Angelou:

"Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women."

When a woman chooses herself, she's not being selfish. She's showing others what's possible.

Thank you, Vivian, for having this conversation with me. These are the conversations we need to have more often.

If you're looking to support women in your organisation to lead with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness, let's connect. Send me a DM to learn more about my coaching, workshops, and speaking sessions.

Is your workplace psychologically safe... or psychosocially safe?

They're often used interchangeably, but they're not the same.

In my conversation with Rachel Wingman, we spoke about the difference.

Psychological safety is about people feeling safe to speak up, share ideas, ask questions, and be themselves without fear.

Psychosocial safety is about creating a workplace that reduces psychological risks, through clear roles, respectful relationships, and a healthy work environment.

One supports the individual. The other is built into the workplace.

Both matter. Because when we create safer workplaces, people don't just perform better, they thrive.

If you're looking to build a healthier, more resilient workplace, send me a DM to learn more about my leadership programs, workshops, and keynote sessions.
