Making the gym fun is so important … I feel anyway

Challenged myself to a set at the gym today called :

Drop it like it’s hot 🔥 🥵

Because ever set is gonna be a drop set - which means when I can’t lift the weight anymore I go down to the next weight down until failure…until lightest weight i cant lift !! Woot woot

Over head press
Rows
Core burner 🔥

Cardio finish 🙃

A historic heatwave will affect the UK next week, 30-39C for most days for England ⚠️

This looks to be more severe than the heatwave we saw in May. From Monday onwards, most major England cities will be well above 30C, with highs of 39C possible in London midweek.
Major cities like Manchester and Birmingham will likely reach the mid 30s on 3/4 days.

The level of heat expected is unprecedented for June.

The heat will make progress into Ireland, Wales, and Northern England, with temperatures into the low 30s. Scotland will see some heat, but also some less warm days mixed in, with a chance of thunderstorms.
