As spring approaches I've been prepping the garden and harvesting the cool season offerings for this Saturdays vegetarian workshop. Leeks, kale, carrots, potatoes, turnips, mizuna, rhubarb, ginger, turmeric, and citrus have been stellar. Recipes have been created around their abundance and I can't wait to get cooking with the guests. Happy cooking 💚

Tacos al pastor were on the menu Saturday for our street taco cooking class. No taco is complete without accompaniments such as zesty guacamole, charred salsa Mexicana, crunchy kale and cabbage slaw, and fresh pressed corn tortillas. Dessert was a rhubarb margarita pie to finish off our delicious meal. Thank you Valerie Norton for booking this fun group class to cook up delicious food with us.
