As a child of the 80’s I did not grow up watching street skating and when street skating first became a thing I thought it was pretty whack.
Tiny wheels, skinny boards, people doing tricks really slowly and really sketchy.
Obviously over time that changed and I started to appreciate it as tricks got bigger and faster etc.
I even enjoyed skating street myself as my skating evolved.
However it was people like Marc that really made me stop and realise how far skateboarding had come and made me truly appreciate street skateboarding, he was a true artist on a skateboard. With one of the greatest styles you will ever see, who else could have a 14 minute part? ⬇️
