My beautiful clients blew me away on Wednesday. They were making foam Easter eggs with stickers and each copied the suggested patterns given with the pack. They took such great pride in their work and took great care to get them right. Fantastic to observe ❤️👌

I know I don't usually write from the heart in my posts but I came across this meme today and wanted to write about the core foundation of Rach's Roaming Rainbow.

Care : the philosophy of my job.

For me, caring is at the heart of everything I do. I care deeply about the people I support, about their dignity, their growth, and their comfort. My instinct is to connect, to understand, and to meet people where they’re at. Caring means being present, patient, and consistent, especially when things are hard. It’s the quiet things too — noticing the small wins, offering kindness when someone’s struggling, and believing in someone even when they don’t believe in themselves. That’s what drives me. That’s why I do this work.

On an additional note.. to paraphrase below, being with my clients results in observing the world through inquisitive, young and fresh eyes... encouraging me to see magic and wonder all around us each and every day. As a lover of sparkles, rainbows and all things kiddyish to be able to embrace my inner child daily is truly a blessing.
