That's a wrap for this week. It's been a great one welcoming some new aspiring chefs. We finished with a chicken and bacon carbonara that really hit the spot and had enough leftovers for some weekend grazing. We'll be back in the kitchen on Monday morning.🔪🥄🍽️😊

A great day today, triple choc muffins teamed with a very creative Korean BBQ beef kebabs dish that was very tasty and a lot of fun to build.
We welcomed another newbie to our team and enjoyed our clever cookies sliders and jam macaroons. A great first effort and we look forward to achieving new skills and goals.

We've started the week by using our knife skills and creating some healthy dishes that look amazing with their vibrant colours. A crunchy noodle salad and a Mediterranean rice dish.

What a day we've had, from brekky to dinner.
Brekky pizza made on wraps, our weekly apple, cinnamon and blueberry cupcakes, some healthy peanut butter and oat biscuits, apple pies drizzled with caramel sauce and the day ended with delicious stuffed capsicums.

This morning we baked some apple cinnamon muffins with a crumbly topping and a chicken and bacon fettuccini carbonara cooked perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed😋 later in the day we cooked a Malaysian curry chicken with flavour that packed a punch.. not for the faint hearted.
