Miss Neek’s Story

With 30 years sewing experience, I feel the need to give something back to the community. I have been thinking about teaching people to sew for nearly 10 years, and now is the time to start. Everyday, people say to me “Oh I wish I could sew!” and “You’re so clever, I could never do what you do!” Well, now you can learn to do what I do! I will be offering small sewing classes to children from the age of 7, and I will also be offering adult classes. These classes will be designed to teach you everything from how to use a sewing machine, to how to read a pattern. With no more than 4 students per class, you will get excellent advice and hands on experience. At the end of each term, you would have completed 3 items which you have made all by yourself, and you can take them home and show off to all your friends just how clever you are! I will also be offering school holiday sewing classes, and other craft days when I am able to.

As well as these great sewing classes, I also have some beautiful, quality handmade items for sale. These items range from quilted stubby holders, macrame hangers, crocheted toys, dolls clothes, and even something for your small pets to enjoy!
