Active Farmers Hay hope you all had a lovely Christmas, and 2026 brings everything you hope for 🌾💚

Unfortunately, I won’t be continuing exercise classes for Active Farmers in Hay in 2026.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but I’m ready to take the next step and focus on building my own health & wellness business.
I’m incredibly grateful to Active Farmers and everyone who’s attended the classes over the years — the support, community, and friendships have meant so much to me. It’s been a privilege to be part of something so positive for our town.
While this chapter is coming to an end, I’m excited for what’s ahead as I continue my journey with Del’s Fitness. Thank you all for your encouragement and understanding 💚💛

We asked our Active Farmers trainers to nominate someone in their community who deserves a huge shout-out…

“Oooh I have so many!! But one who stands out in particular is Lauren. She's barely missed a class, shows up early to help set up and is one of the last to leave so she can help pack away. She pushes herself out of her comfort zone and despite sometimes battling her own challenges, shows up and gives 100% every time. She’s the first to put her hand up. Pretty legendary if you ask me.”
