Grose View Public School Grose View is located on Dharug land in the picturesque Grose Valley. Our page is not intended to be place of discussion.

The purpose of our page is to communicate with our community, families, P&C and members of staff about the upcoming events, student achievement and changes to planned school routine. Should you require assistance with a matter please contact the school office to arrange an appointment. We will endeavour to keep our Grose View followers as up to date as possible between the hours of 8am-5p

m weekdays. It will be run by a small group of Grose View staff. For ease of access, we would like to encourage you to download the Grose View Public School app on your smart phone and navigate to the social media tab (on the far right).

On Wednesday, Stage 1 enjoyed an excursion to Sydney Zoo to explore The living world of animals from Africa, South East Asia and Australia. We had workshops with zoo educators for science week and met Cookie the blue tongue lizard and Prickle the Bearded Dragon. The children were respectful and well behaved.

During our open day celebrations, our choir and dance groups performed for our visitors. Well done to all our performers!
Our students then performed with Will from dance curriculum, to show what they had been learning throughout the program.
Thank you to Mrs De Lanty, Ms Mitchell, Mrs Stone, Mrs Lavender and Mrs Paul for choreographing and rehearsing with our students for our choir and dance groups. Thank you to Will from Dance Curriculum Australia & New Zealand for showing our students how great dancing is!

Thank you to all our families and guests who visited our classrooms during our open classrooms to celebrate Education week!
The students and teachers loved showing you what we do in Morning Routine each morning. The classroom session ended with a focus on gratitude with one of our GEM chats, with everyone contributing to our Grose View Gratitude tree.
